What we collect

When you request an estimate we collect your name, phone number, email, property address, the options you select, and any photos you upload. We also record how you found our site (for example, campaign parameters in the link you clicked).

How we use it

We use this information to prepare your quote, contact you by your chosen method, and schedule service. Website hosting and storage providers process information to operate this service. We do not sell estimate contact details or uploaded photos.

Text messages

If you choose text as your contact method, we'll text you about your estimate. Promotional texts are sent only if you separately opt in. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

Photos

Uploaded photos are stored privately and are only visible to our team. They are never published without your permission.

Optional analytics and advertising

When configured and enabled by your choice below, Google Analytics measures usage, and Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel can measure and optimize advertising. These tools can receive page URLs, device and browser information, IP addresses, cookie identifiers and interactions such as estimate completion. We do not send your name, email, phone number, street address or uploaded photos through our tracking events.

Optional tracking is off by default. Advertising data sharing may constitute sharing under California privacy law. You can refuse it or withdraw permission below. We honor browser Global Privacy Control signals for advertising. A tag manager that can run analytics and advertising loads only when both choices are enabled.

When advertising is enabled, campaign parameters and referring-page information may be saved for the current browser session. Your privacy choices and dated choice history are stored in your browser, separately from your quote request. Withdrawing permission stops future optional tracking after the page reloads; it does not undo data already received by Google or Meta.

Your information and requests

You can request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, and withdraw promotional text permission. Quote details and photos remain available to our authorized team until deleted; this website does not automatically delete them on a fixed schedule. Information needed to fulfill service or meet legal obligations may need to be retained.
